MS 1722:2011 Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems Requirements 3: The employer owns OSH and legal compliance, shows strong leadership and commitment, and sets up an OSHMS containing policy, organising, planning and implementation, evaluation and action for improvement

What does 3 require?

Responsibility for safety and health at work, including compliance with national OSH law and practice, rests with the employer.
