The data subject may obtain confirmation of processing and access to the data with the purposes, categories, recipients (particularly abroad), retention period or criteria, the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, the right to complain to the Agency, the source, and the existence and logic of automated decision-making, and to be told of the safeguards for transfers. The controller must provide a copy free of charge, may charge a reasonable fee for further copies, and must answer electronic requests in a common electronic form; the copy must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
