Under the 2025 provisions on minors, a processor must follow the controller's instructions and help it meet its duties toward minors under 30-14-2811 and 30-14-2819, by appropriate technical and organizational measures for the 30-14-2811 duties and by providing information for minors' data protection assessments; the controller-processor contract must meet 30-14-2813(2), and the same fact-based controller or processor test applies. This applies to processors of any size doing business in Montana.
