A controller must not discriminate against a consumer for exercising rights under the Act, including by denying goods or services, charging different prices or rates, or providing a different quality. It need not provide a product needing data it does not collect, and may offer a different price, rate, level, quality or selection, including free goods or services, where the consumer opted out or in connection with voluntary participation in a bona fide loyalty, rewards, premium features, discount or club card programme.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
