The controller publishes the contact details of the data protection officer or lead officer at a conspicuous place on its premises or, where applicable, on its website, and data subjects may contact the officer on any matter about the processing of their data or the exercise of their rights. Failure to publish is an offence (fine up to Rs 100,000, up to 5 years).
