Education authorities, educational institutions (from kindergarten to tertiary, formal, non-formal and vocational), examination bodies and Jobsplus must notify the Commissioner for prior checking where processing involves particular risks of improper interference with data subjects' rights, including processing based on the student's best interest, processing in the public interest, reconciliation of national assessment data, and data supplied for national or European employment studies.
