To keep data accurate, complete, not misleading and current, the data controller must provide data subjects with an update form online or conventionally; update data promptly on receiving a correction notice; follow relevant legislation on the documents needed to support the validity of data; and inform data subjects of updates through a portal, a notice at premises or another suitable method.
