Where video or audio data are processed at the workplace and in the controller's premises or areas where its employees work, or where data are processed to monitor employees' behaviour, location or movement, the employees must be given the information in GDPR Article 13(1) and (2) about that processing against their signature or by another means that proves they were informed.
