Obstructing controls, refusing to receive inspectors, refusing to send requested documents or information, or refusing to transmit documents required by law is punishable by three to six months' imprisonment and a fine of 10,000 to 50,000 dirhams; refusing to apply CNDP decisions by three months to one year and 10,000 to 100,000 dirhams.
