Law No. 09-08 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data 19: Article 19: begin processing only on the CNDP receipt and cite it in collection and transmission

What does 19 require?

The CNDP issues a receipt within 24 hours of a declaration being filed; the controller may start the processing only on receiving the receipt, and the receipt's characteristics must appear in all collection and transmission operations. Within eight days of filing the CNDP may decide, by a reasoned decision, to subject a processing with manifest dangers for privacy and fundamental rights to prior authorisation (Article 20).
