Kuwait CITRA Data Privacy Protection Regulation (Decision No. 26 of 2024) 5.9: 5.9 Round-the-clock complaints, access, correction and deletion requests

Set internal systems to receive and examine complaints, and requests for access to data and for its correction or deletion, around the clock. (The 2021 text also required round-the-clock contact with the data protection officer and on-demand advice on data protection impact assessment in cooperation with CITRA; both were dropped in 2024.)
