ICT with closed functionality still meets the other applicable clauses of the standard, with clause 6.1 taking the place of any clause that excludes closed functions. The closed functions must work without the user attaching, connecting or installing assistive technology, and must satisfy whichever of 6.1.3 through 6.1.6 apply; a personal headset or personal induction loop is not treated as assistive technology here.
