The data protection officer must monitor the controller's data protection procedures and document their conformity with the Law; ensure regular assessment and examination of database, processing and security systems, document the results, recommend protection measures and follow their implementation; act as direct liaison with the Unit and security and judicial authorities on compliance; set internal instructions for receiving and examining complaints and requests for access, correction, erasure, concealment or transfer and make them available to data subjects; enable data subjects to exercise their rights; organise training for the controller's and processor's staff; and carry out any other duty under the Law and its bylaws and instructions.
