Give information, including proper ways of use, in a plain and accessible form within a range reasonable for the stakeholders' nature; where data provided by relevant stakeholders is to be used, tell them in advance the means and format of providing it in the light of the AI's characteristics and use, the contact with the stakeholders who supply data and the privacy policy; where AI output is used as a reference in evaluating a particular individual or group, notify them that AI is used, follow the procedures the guidelines recommend for accuracy, fairness and transparency of the output, make a reasonable human judgment mindful of automation bias, and fulfil accountability on request of the person or group evaluated; and set up, within a reasonable range, a contact point for stakeholder inquiries that explains and receives requests in cooperation with the AI provider.
