Japan AI Guidelines P-6.ii: P-6) ii. Providing relevant stakeholders with information (provider)

Provide, in a plain and accessible form, timely and appropriately, information about the AI system or service provided, for example: the fact that AI is used, the scope of use and proper and improper ways of use; safety information including technical characteristics and foreseeable risks from use and their mitigation; the possibility that outputs or programs change through learning; operating status, causes of failures, response status and incident cases; the content and reasons of updates; and the collection policy for data the model learns from, the learning method and the implementation structure.
