Covered products must meet the requirements of Annex I Section I and, except self-service terminals, Section II; covered services must meet Sections III and IV; 112 call handling must meet Section V. Microenterprises supplying services are exempt from the service requirements, and the economic development ministry, with the transport ministry and the digital transition authority, issues guidelines for microenterprises after consulting them.
