ISO/IEC DIS 4922-3 5.4: Properties

What does 5.4 require?

A properties clause is the part a buyer should read first after publication, because it is where a supplier's claim becomes testable. Until then, the useful move is to write the claim you intend to rely on and the observation that would falsify it. A claim with no falsifier is marketing.
