The AIMS certification document carries what ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, 8.2 asks of every certificate (the client's name and certified sites, the dates of granting and expiry, the scope, the standard and edition, the body's identity) plus the AIMS-specific content that the informative Annex C illustrates (C.1 General, C.2 the certificate wording for this document). Certification bodies applying the standard draw the AIMS certificate on that template and record on it a reference to the client's statement of applicability (its identifier or version, or how it can be obtained), the same way an ISMS certificate refers to its statement of applicability, so that a revision of the statement is a change the client must report.
