The certification body holds criteria for checking that every audit team member can at minimum put into practice what they know about: a) artificial intelligence; b) the technical side of the activity audited; c) management systems and the practice and concepts of running a business, including how policy, objectives and results relate; d) auditing principles (ISO 19011 for more); e) monitoring, measuring, analysing and evaluating an AIMS. Items a) to e) bind each auditor, though b) may be spread across the team. Between them the team members hold skills fit for these items, shown through experience in using them, and together they can follow signs of incidents that seriously harmed affected persons back through the client's AIMS to the elements responsible.
