Two activities do not count as consultancy or a potential conflict: organizing and teaching open public training on AI management systems, management systems or auditing, as long as only generic information already available to the public is given (in-house or client-specific courses excluded); and work before the audit to identify what is to be certified, where its only aim is to fix the audit scope and judge whether the client is ready to be audited for certification on that scope.
