The lead prepares a documented investigative strategy or plan to help decide resources, processes and tools and to guide the team. Reports hold everything applicable local policy or law requires (9.2 suggests content), and templates with a standard layout, drop-down choices and pre-set slots for common passages, each described can help ensure nothing is left out.
