Sensitive communications can be spoken, written or electronic, so long as the chosen controls are satisfied, and are described by three participants: the source originates the information and need not be a member; the originator is the member that initiates distribution within the community, directly or through a supporting entity, may be the source or may conceal the source's identity, and may use community facilities to conceal its own identity; a recipient receives distributed information, need not be a member where the information has been marked as open to wider circulation, and may use community facilities to conceal its identity from originators.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
