ISO/IEC 23837:2023 1-10.3: Part 1, 10.3 Conformance statement specific to the security functional requirements

A conforming PP or ST takes up the SFRs of clause 9 in an equivalent or more restrictive form; removing, tailoring or adding SFRs is allowed only as the permitted exceptions describe, with a rationale showing the resulting requirements remain at least as strong.
