ISO/DIS 22333 PRM-5: Plan and control BCMS operations and externally provided processes

What does PRM-5 require?

Make the operational layer of the BCMS visible and controlled. The process takes the objectives, the actions decided for risks and opportunities, and the selected strategies as input and produces written criteria for each operational process, records that each process ran to those criteria, control over planned change, a review of what unplanned change caused and action to limit harm, and control over processes performed by others and across the supply chain. Its outcome is that the organization can show an operational process worked as designed, including the parts it does not perform itself.
