Level 5 is reached when the assessed profile contains all seventeen Level 4 processes together with the three improvement processes, namely root cause analysis with solution development (DQI.1), cleansing of data (DQI.2) and process improvement aimed at preventing data nonconformity (DQI.3), which brings in all twenty ISO 8000-61 processes, each at capability Level 5: every attribute from PA.1.1 up to PA.4.2 fully achieved, while PA.5.1 and PA.5.2 (innovation of the process, and putting that innovation into effect) are achieved at least largely.
