Level 4 is reached when the assessed profile contains the eleven Level 3 processes together with review of data quality issues (DQA.1), provision of measurement criteria (DQA.2), measurement of process performance and of data quality (DQA.3), evaluation of the measurement results (DQA.4), management of data transfer (DRS.2) and management of human resources (RPV.2), each of them at capability Level 4: every attribute from PA.1.1 up to PA.3.2 fully achieved, while PA.4.1 and PA.4.2 (quantitative analysis and quantitative control) are achieved at least largely.
