Guidance to put in place and keep the processes through which the BCMS satisfies ISO 22301, with the way they interact. When settling the processes and rolling them out, the organization works out what each needs as input and should produce as output; their order and interplay; the criteria and methods, including monitoring, measures and performance indicators, that keep them working and under control; the resources they need and whether those are available; who is responsible and who has authority; the risks and opportunities identified under 6.1; how the processes are assessed and what must change for them to deliver; and how the processes and the BCMS are improved. As far as needed, documented information is kept to support the processes and retained to give confidence they ran as intended.
