It runs a standing process to identify and engage with those parties on current and emerging sustainability issues across the event value chain, and records what engagement produced. The list is expected to reach owners, organisers, partners and sponsors, the workforce including volunteers, suppliers, performers and participants, attendees, regulators and licensing bodies, and community groups including local residents, indigenous people and protest groups.
