The first step of the sensitivity assessment (4.1 locates it within 4.2 to 4.4) is for the organization to grasp the security risks that loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorized access to information about the project, initiative, asset, service or product could create, covering the privacy, security and safety of people, intellectual property and trade secrets, commercial or economic harm, and national security (the four limbs of sensitive information in 3.11).
