The review shall produce a record capturing what was decided and what is to be done about: how effective the management system and its processes are; improving laboratory activities; supplying the resources needed; better service for patients and users; and any changes required. Management shall see that the actions are finished inside a set period and that the conclusions and actions reach personnel.
