Links between record components carry a description drawn from six categories, each with its own term list. The categories are a generic relation, authorisation or confirmation, the same health condition, the same clinical process or plan, related documentation, and the role a demographic entity played. Splitting the list lets an archetype or profile restrict the links it accepts.
