The audit checks the types of permit in use, that each has a form setting out the safety precautions, that only authorized people issue permits, that the safety officer receives a copy before the job starts, that validity periods are stated and that permit records are kept in order. For work at height it checks safe access, scaffold design, erection and daily inspection, ladder securing and slope, edge protection and fall arrest on roofs, fragile roof areas netted, netting or intermediate rails on tall scaffolds, and medical fitness of workers at height. For confined spaces it checks permits, atmospheric testing for flammable or toxic gas, suitable PPE and an available rescue team.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
