Nurses studying abroad should be able to get financial aid on terms set by agreements or national law, possibly conditional on returning within a reasonable time to work for a set period in a matching post on terms at least equal to other nationals. The Annex lists travel costs, study costs, scholarships and continued pay as possible forms of aid.
