At regular intervals the project shall gather field data and feedback from stakeholders and analyse the product or service to confirm that the age appropriate risk treatments in place still work in the contexts where they apply; that newly emerging age appropriate aspects at risk get recognised and handled in the next redesign or adaptation before redeployment; and that, where treatments prove inadequate, stakeholders are consulted and the treatments strengthened or new ones found so that the protection demanded by each age appropriate requirement is maintained. Monitoring matters most for data-driven services and those with emergent behaviour from machine learning or adaptation.
