IEEE 1686 5.6: Resiliency: communications port access, functionality compromise and protocol security

The IED keeps its primary protection and control functions from being compromised through its communication ports or protocols (2013's IED functionality compromise, now 5.6), implements the security features of the protocols it supports (2013's protocol-specific security features, now 5.6), and lets each communications port be enabled, disabled and access-controlled (2013's communications port access, now 5.6.2); the 2022 edition groups these under resiliency, with secure recovery after power loss.
