When components are decommissioned or taken out of active service, the control system must be able to purge from them every item of information that supports explicit read authorization. RE 1 requires purging of shared memory resources. The ISAGCA paper describes the base requirement as the one SL 2 addition in FR 4. The 2026-09-22 text gave an RE 2 (purge verification) that belongs to the component counterpart CR 4.2, not to 3-3.
