IEC 62351 - Power Systems Communication Security 9:8: Part 9, clause 8: symmetric key management (group keys for GOOSE, SV and PTP through GDOI; session keys for IEC 60870-5 and DNP3)

Symmetric keys are managed for pairwise session keys in the context of IEC 60870-5 and IEEE 1815 (DNP3) and for group keys for multicast GOOSE, Sampled Values and precision time protocol through the Group Domain of Interpretation (GDOI) key distribution centre enhanced to carry the power system security parameters; the scope names both, the clause's structure being past the held pages.
