IEC 62351 - Power Systems Communication Security 4:10: Part 4, clauses 9 and 10: object identifier allocation and general OSI upper layer requirements (session, presentation, ACSE)

Object identifiers for the security mechanisms are allocated under the part's arc, and the OSI upper layers carry the mechanism through session protocol requirements, presentation requirements (context list, abstract syntaxes, user data, ASN.1 encoding) and ACSE requirements (protocol version, titles, the EXTERNAL data type).
