ICN works on behalf of nurses globally to advance the profession of nursing + advocate for nurses + promote health for all. LFC Programme builds capacity in nurse leaders to influence health policy + lead nursing services + shape healthcare systems; offered in cohort format combining classroom + online + workplace application + action learning + mentorship.
