All cabin crew complete an initial training course before qualification, a recurrent course every 12 months or per the AQP, a requalification course where qualification has lapsed, and aircraft type training for each type assigned; instructors and evaluators complete an instructor course; every course contains a test or evaluation, which may be written, oral or practical; and training completion is recorded and retained (CAB 2.1.2 to 2.1.8).
