The V/VB's agreement obliges the client to cooperate where facts or information come to light that materially affect the opinion. The legally enforceable agreement also contains a policy on how clients may refer to the V/VB in marketing or otherwise about any environmental information statement; where a mark or specific text is licensed there is no ambiguity about which validated or verified statement it refers to, and the policy conforms to ISO 14065 Annex B on references to statements and use of marks.
