Ghana Cybersecurity Act CIID.8: Directive 8: request clearance before any activity that could affect a CII

What does CIID.8 require?

Any person or entity that intends a lawful activity that could affect the confidentiality, integrity or availability of a critical information infrastructure or its dependent assets and systems must make a written request for clearance and guidance to the Minister responsible for cybersecurity through the Authority.
