Ghana Cybersecurity Act CIID.7e: Directive 7(e): seek the Authority's clearance one month before a major organisational change

What does CIID.7e require?

The designated CII owner must seek clearance from the Authority one month before any major organisational change in operation, personnel or infrastructure, such as a transfer of ownership of all or part of the business service; failure is sanctioned under section 36(4) of the Act.
