Ghana Cybersecurity Act 86: Sections 86 and 88: provide information the Authority requests and cooperate with it

What does 86 require?

The Authority may direct in writing an owner or operator of critical information infrastructure, a designated sectoral CERT or a service provider to provide relevant information for ensuring national cybersecurity; failure pays 250 to 10,000 penalty units plus 100 penalty units for each day it continues. Every public or private institution must cooperate with the Authority for that purpose.
