An institution licensed by the Authority to provide a cybersecurity service must submit to the Authority, within the period the Authority determines, a report on its operations including a report of any cybersecurity incident. The provisional licence template also binds the licensee to report an incident to the relevant sectoral CERT or CERT-GH within twenty-four hours of detection.
