The provider must ensure the requirements are met whenever it offers or provides the service, taking due account of changes in how the service is delivered, in the requirements and in referenced standards. Where the service does not conform it takes the necessary corrective measures and informs without delay the German authority and the authorities of the other Member States where the service is offered, with details of the non-conformity and the measures; on reasoned request it gives the authority all information needed to prove conformity and cooperates with measures to restore it.
