Internal and external support services alike are defined and managed through formal agreements such as service level agreements that define the services, service levels and the responsibilities of the provider and the regulated company, with provider capability assessed and monitored. System performance and health are monitored to a degree based on risk, using automated tools where possible, so that failures, availability, performance, configuration baseline drift and security issues are detected and fed into incident and problem management, as detailed in Appendices O2 and O3.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
