A controller may not discriminate against a consumer for exercising rights, including by denying goods or services, charging different prices or providing different quality. It may offer financial incentives for processing only with prior consent clearly describing the material terms, revocable at any time, and not unjust, unreasonable, coercive or usurious. It may still offer different prices or service where the consumer opted out or in a bona fide loyalty, rewards, premium features, discounts or club card programme, and need not provide a product that requires data it does not collect.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
