Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) 501.705(3): 501.705(3): no surveillance through device features not in active use

A device with a voice recognition, facial recognition, video recording, audio recording or other electronic, visual, thermal or olfactory data-collecting feature may not be used by the controller, processor or their affiliates for surveillance when the consumer is not actively using the feature, unless the consumer expressly authorises it.
