FISMA 3554(a)(1)(B): 3554(a)(1)(B) Compliance with standards, directives, OMB policy and NSS guidance

The agency head is responsible for complying with the subchapter and its related policies, procedures, standards and guidelines: the NIST information security standards promulgated under 40 U.S.C. 11331, the binding operational directives the Secretary of Homeland Security develops under section 3553(b), the policies and procedures OMB issues, and, for national security systems, the standards and guidelines issued in accordance with law and as the President directs.
